Do you have a story inside begging to come out? Join a small, committed community of writers, supporting each other to work through what is otherwise often a solitary process—starting YOUR novel.

Whether you’re a committed plotter seeking a path to follow or you’re a ‘pantser’ who wants to learn more about what makes a coherent and authentic story tick, this workshop is for you. You’ll find the structure, accountability, and flexibility you need.

By the end of six weeks, you’ll be well-prepared and itching to launch into writing your first draft—knowing more about your idea and how your story may unfold. The process is not prescriptive but inquisitive. Come with a sense of curiosity and leave with the enthusiasm you need to dig into drafting YOUR novel.

We’ll reconnect to our intuition through art, journal prompts, and meditation in this lakeside retreat. Using a series of reflections, you’ll be guided through the process of creating a personal collage. Creation is guided by your inner wisdom. Art often shows us an entirely new perspective on a situation.

Enjoy private accommodations, homemade meals, and time in nature to de-stress.

Participants are limited to 5 and must provide proof of vaccination and complete a written COVID screening prior to the event.

The fee includes meals, a private bedroom, and a facilitated program of meditation, collage work, and journal writing.

A theme that has emerged repeatedly in retreats is the challenge many women face when it comes to establishing healthy personal boundaries. There are usually a vast number of old beliefs operating in the background that cause us to get in our own way. Contrary to what many think, loving and thoughtful boundaries enhance relationships rather than constrict them. It's sure to be an exciting conversation!
